Its basically the same idea as the blue ball finder glasses out there. The ball has to be visible to the naked eye anyway. Youre probably going to see it regardless. Doesnt track balls in flight. Glad it was only a buck. :-)

I have never downloaded a piece of crap like this ....can barely find a ball in my back yard within 6 feet...Ive adjusted everything

This app should be called scorecard, not golf ball finder. If you are looking for a scrorecard app, this may be it. I was just so dissapointed with the finder portion that I didnt even bother going to the scrorecard portion of the app. There are plenty of free scorecards out there with actuall course maps and images, that we dont need to pay for one like this. The ball finder app served very little purpose at all. I am sure there is some magical combination of sunlight, and color of foliage that will make your ball pop out using this app, but I was not able to find it. Save your money.

I only put 1 star because there is no way to put no stars this is the worst app in the world you will be mad at your self if you buy it trust me its that bad

I just got it and I tried it in my backyard and it worked well. I cant wait to try it on the golf course!

I tried to use it the other day and the camera popped up but it didnt show me where my balls were. It never changed colors like it does it the picture. Dont recommend it.

I paid money for an app that crashes as soon as I push the find my ball button..... Really!!!!

This is the worst app I have ever downloaded, and I am including all Free apps. Ball Finder does not work at all! Maybe it worked when it was tested in a controlled setting, but the reality on most courses is that the sun is too bright for you to be able to see your screen when adjusting the filters. I feel the score card was added to this app, just so people couldnt complain that they paid 99 cents for an app that does not work. And to think this current version has been updated for iOS 9... How bad was the last version to warrant an update ??

I am constantly losing golf balls so I was excited when I find this app. Unfortunately you will trip over the ball before this app will find it. I simply doesn't work at all.
